Your First Visit

During your initial visit, a thorough comprehensive examination will be performed.  Dr. von Lackum will  examine your head, neck, and mouth, review necessary x-rays, and make a diagnosis of the findings. If you require additional treatment, a treatment plan and insurance estimate will be prepared for you prior to scheduling any procedures. You will have the opportunity to review recommended treatment and ask questions. If the patient is a minor, we will require that a parent or legal guardian accompany them.

If you have dental or medical insurance, please bring your insurance cards and a photo I.D. with you. We are happy to help you obtain your insurance benefits and will assist you in filing your insurance claims.
